Physical forms can be picked up in the athletic office. All other forms are a part of the online athletics registration process. On the physical card be sure the date of physical is noted and that the doctor has signed the card. A $25 user fee must be paid, which can be done online or at registration.

If you are not registered or have not paid all fees, you may not practice or participate in an event.

About our Athletics Programs

Athletics programs at Delavan-Darien High School give students another outlet to achieve success, both individually and in a team environment. And, that success transcends the boundaries of basketball courts, baseball diamonds and athletic fields. Students who are active in sports often find better success in the classroom, participate in other non-athletic activities, develop enhanced social skills and feel better about themselves.

As Comets, students who represent D-DHS on the athletic fields and courts must also display the highest type of citizenship within our school and communities. Certain academic standards must be maintained in order to be eligible to participate in interscholastic competition.

The high school is a member of the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletics Association and the Southern Lakes Conference.
